## Overview

**STC Pay** is the digital wallet and digital bank of the **Saudi Telecom Company (STC)**, Saudi Arabia's largest mobile network operator. It is a $1.3B unicorn startup and the leading mobile money platform in Saudi Arabia. STC Pay supports EMVCo MPM-compliant QR payments, P2P transfers, bill payments, mobile top-ups, and financial services. It has 10M+ registered users and processes billions of riyals in transactions.

## QR Format
STC Pay uses [QR Code](https://docs.barcoder.ai/docs/standards/qr-code) symbology with EMVCo MPM-compliant UR payloads ([URL QR](../url-qr/)). The QR payload contains merchant ID, transaction amount, and STC Pay account data. STC Pay QR is interoperable with [Mada QR](../mada-qr/) and other Saudi QR standards.
